Who these terms are with

ArenaLeague (arenaleague.org) is operated by Gillside Solutions, 7 Temasek Boulevard #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

Your account

• You sign in through Simjot. Keep access to your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Give accurate details when you register for a competition.

Organisers

• Organisers are responsible for the competitions and spaces they run, the content they publish, and the rules they set.
• An organiser who registers students under 18, or invites them to register, is responsible for obtaining a parent’s or guardian’s consent where the law or the school requires it.
• Organisers must use participants’ data only to run their competition, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Fair play and acceptable use

• No cheating, impersonation, or entering on someone else’s behalf without permission.
• No unlawful, abusive or harmful content, and nothing that targets or endangers young people.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

We may remove content, suspend an account or disqualify an entry that breaks these rules.

Content

You keep the rights to what you submit. You allow us to host and display it as needed to run the service — for example, to show results on a competition’s leaderboard.

The service

We work to keep ArenaLeague available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, and we may change or pause features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
